The United Nations
declared March 21 as the International day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to commemorate the killing of peaceful anti-apartheid protestors on March 21, 1960 in Sharpeville, South Africa.
On March 21 and every day we need to recognize and reject the roots of racism. If we do not stand against discrimination in our daily lives we allow it to exist.
